Returns and Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect 3 days after delivery, or for eligible returns made within 14 days of delivery. Because our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at covehomeshop@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the damage or incorrect item

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund with a 15% restocking fee and return shipping on refunds.

Eligibility for Returns (14‑Day Policy)

If your return is approved for reasons permitted under this policy, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending the item back.

Items returned without an RMA may not be accepted.

Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse
  • items that do not match personal preference
  • sale items
  • gift cards

These items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

For all approved returns (except damaged/incorrect items), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a traceable carrier such as USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item (if a return is required), we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. After inspection, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

If a physical return is required, refunds are typically completed within four weeks from the time you hand your package to the return shipper. This includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the item to reach us
  • 3–5 business days for us to process the return
  • 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund

In many cases, refunds are issued more quickly.
