Cove Home & Decor is currently shipping to United States addresses only

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days and an email will be sent letting you know with the tracking number email.

Shipping Time
Most orders arrive within 2-8 business days depending on your location and the product ordered. The are a few exceptions to this which take 8-14 days to ship.
Some items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take 1–5 business days to appear.

Delays
While most orders arrive on time, occasional carrier delays can occur.
We appreciate your patience if your order takes slightly longer during high‑volume periods. We will also email you if a delay is taking place.

Wrong Address
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
